I'm 19. I own i food stand in a flea market i use wine to try and tender it and seasoning to give it taste, but what else can i use to tender it more and give it more taste.? i cut the steak in dices and broil it. i put wine and seasiong while it cooks

A little science will help, the only way to get meat to be more tender then when it's raw is to break-down the connective tissues that hold the meat together and give it structure. One way is to use a marketed enzyme, Adolph's meat tenderizer if you're into chemicals. The other way, believe it or not is to use the base of what's in that chemical compound, Papaya, it's the same, and it will give your meat a nice flavor too. Look it up, you'll be smiling

marinade the meat overnight and you will have nice tender, juicy steak each time. i gave you a recipe for a good marinade the first time you asked this question, a little while ago.
