i just need a day off! There are so many rules i have to follow...
1. I have to wear pink lipgloss because any other color make me ugly
But it conflicts with the second rule..
2. I have to wear this red shirt cus its the only one that matches these pants
But it doesnt match the pink lipgloss therefore: UGLYY
3. I have to wear these pants bc if i wear jeans I will think I will have to go out, but I cant go out cuz Im supposed to be cleaning the apartment.
4. i cant take the shirt off!
If I take it off, I will have a break down cuz of how fat Ive gotten in the past few months!

i just need to clean the apartment. I been diagnosed as ocd, anyone who has it too, can you help me?
People say Im so lazy if only they knew the never ending losing battle I have to fight in my head all day long...

i just responded to your last post. You are not lazy or crazy or anything. I have depression so i know how difficult and exhusting a fight with youself in your own head can be. Although i have never met you and i dont know what you physically look like i can tell you honestly that you are neither fat nor ugly, you are simply frustrated with an internal struggle that unless someone experiences it for themselves they will never understand. Well, what you have to do is do what makes you anxious. Wear the lipstick that is a different color than the shirt, wear jeans and don't go out. It will make you feel anxious now, but in the long run it will lower your anxiety. If you think that doing something will lower your anxiety don't do it, if you think something will highten your anxiety you should do it. This way you will prove to yourself that everything is okay and you don't have to be ruled by your anxiety. Your anxiety won't hurt you, so just go for it. Clean the place and don't worry about what you wear.

OK, seriously, you need to forget about what you look like!! It sounds like you are going insane because you care so much. Relax, take a breather and just don't worry about how you look so much. Take a day to get dressed as sloppy as you want and go out to a park or some place you like to go that relaxes you-- and I don't mean a place like the mall! Good luck! And have fun on that day... that is if you ever do so.

Ok i understand, i have a small dose of OCD. But just forget that lip gloss, you dont need it while cleaning! so just wear the red shirt with those pants and start cleaning! its that simple

huggs to you!.. there medications that you can take to help you.. they will quiet down the chatter in your head.. you are not lazy .. you are worn out from fighting your self.. sweetie.. go to a Dr.he will put you on medication and in a few weeks you will be feeling much better..just do it.. it tales courage to go, but i know you can do it....love ya

put on a light, neutral colored blouse or sweater over your red shirt so that it doesn't clash with your lip gloss.. problem solved!
