Unfortunately, the pain probably will not go away unless you get some medical attention. It is true there may be ways to stop the pain temporarily, but impacted wisdom teeth may lead to serious complications. In fact, there was a case in the hospital just this week where a guy had an infection that started from his wisdom tooth and almost reached his spine!! I know this is an extreme case, but why risk it and still have to put up with the pain?

um orajel or something unless you know someone who has vicodin or something otherwise get them removed if you get it done thru a dentist they give you really great drugs no pain afterwards from being so hopped up plus iv sedation during surgery if thru a medicals study place you maybe compenstated for taking them out which means you getpaid for them to take out your teeth but you have to try drugs that may be real and not work or may be sugar pills and still not work so good luck plus if you have a small mouth you will need to get them removed or your other teeth will push forward to crowd to make room for the wisdom teeth which hurts more

You can use and anti-inflammatory to take a bit of the swelling down and then some soothing gel like Bonjela (i think thats only in the UK) but there will be something available for ulcers. Then go to the dentist and have them removed - your dentist should agree that if they are causing you this much pain they should come out. Hope this helps.

Temporarily you can use something like Orajel to help with the pain and let you fall asleep.
The only real solution is to have them removed. Some do turn sideways and irritate the cheek lining. That in itself could pose problems. Time to see the dentist.

1. Make a dentist appointment.
2. Take an anti-inflammatory - Ibuprofen for example. Take every 4 hours.
3. Get some of that tooth ache gel and coat the area.

Get your wisdom teeth removed. In the meantime, you could put kanka, campho-phenique or some other numbing cleanser for mouth irritations on the the sores and then stuff a little gauze in between your wisdom teeth and your skin so they can't dig in.

i would definently take tylenol for pain, ibprofun for the anti-inflammatory and use orajel to help take care of the pain temporarily. schedule for a consult at an oral surgeon (or your general dentist if he does 3rd molar extractions) as soon as possible...make sure you tell them you are in alot of pain and they'll most likely get you in pretty soon. good luck! hope this helped

yes pain reliever will do temporarily but mind you I've been that but it doesn't really work for long. i had no choice but to undergo minor operation and i was totally relieved. you should see a dentist because you can't concentrate doing all your stuff because the pain is really annoying.good luck
