We're in the process of building a fence down in Naco, AZ and when completed, members will be able to monitor the cameras. When someone monitoring does see something, they'll be able to either call in to a monitoring station, where the Border Patrol will be notified.
To the best of my knowledge, you must first become a Minuteman to use this function.
I've seen the one down in TX, not ours, and pretty lame as far as imaging. I doubt you'll actually see anything on that one. Unfortunately, I lost that site. If I come across it, I'll post it.
