I need this class to graduate and i need this class in order to get into college. I have a terrible teacher she's so difficult to understand. I wanted to come up with this schedule that would give me time for "homework" "math" "friends" and work. Can anybody help me come up with a good schedule. I work Tuesday & Thursdays 5-9 and i go to school from 8-1:45. I also work weekends Saturdays 12-8:30 and Sundays 1:00 - 7:00 can anybody help me come up with a good schedule to incorporate "friends" "work" "free time" and "math" and "homework" all in one. PLEASE. I am hiring a tutor who will be coming i think possibly on Mondays from 3:30 - 4:30 were not sure yet of the details. And i stay after school for extra help on Tuesdays and Thursdays before work from 2-3:30 HELP PLEASE! .

This isn't going to be what you want to hear, but it's what you are going to HAVE to do... If you are working and all this, your schedule is limited. Until you get better study habits, and get those grades up, you need to cut out the friend time all together. You don't want to be working wherever you are working now for the rest of your life. Sounds like you are really bright and have your life going in a really good direction. This happened to me with Algebra 2 my senior yr. too, so you can do it... It takes sacrifice but it will be worth it. If I did it so can you! Monday and Wednesday go home and take a break and hit the books!!! Sunday when you get home from work, study then for an hour at least, so it will be fresh in your mind for Monday. Notice Friday wasn't included? This is the only night you should reserve for free time and friends at this point. Good luck.
Also, if the tutor doesn't help the first week or so, get another one, you need to find someone who can make you understand the Algebra and it may take a couple of tutors before you find the one that helps you to get it to 'click' in your head. My Algebra 2 teacher was the exact same way.

you've got a lot of time for school in there already. work hard and ask your teacher for advice so she knows you are trying. remember to take care of yourself, have some fun to relax, and eat healthy. all will help you be better in school.

Wow sounds to me like your schedule is pretty much made for you. You need to have priorities and put them in order so you do not loose site of what is most important. Allgerbra sounds like it is the most important at the time because you are failing it. On Mondays go to school and then have the tutor come for their time frame. Take an hour after they leave to review what they taught you. Then you have the rest of the evening to do homework if you have any and some kind of life with your friends but remember you have school the next day and work so don't over do it on Monday night. Tuesday not only stay for extra help but also use that time to get the homework done (when the tutor starts and you start understanding what you are learning you will not feel so over whelmed with the math) then go to work and if you feel up for a bit of fun then go out with your friends for a couple of hours but not past 11pm. On Wednesday go home do homework then you have the rest of the evening to play around or "me time" but again make sure you get rest because the next day you have school and work. Do the same thing on Thurday as you do on Tuesday but if you have tests go home and study for them. On Friday do homework and go over what you and the tutor to refresh your memory.....then go out with your friends but make sure you are home in time to get rest for work. Sat work then you have free time after because you have done all your homework on Friday. On Sunday work spend time with friends til 10pm or 11pm and then start your Monday all over again. You need to be the responsible person because this is your future you are talking about. No one can make you stick to the schedule but you. If your friends do not understand then ask them if they are going to do your homework and pay your bills You only have one chance to finish school on time but your whole life to socialize with your buds. Besides summer is coming up and you can take a breather from the homework for a bit to make up for the feeling of you not having a life.

go out friday after homework and saturday after work that is plenty of time to go out and have fun with friends. during the week just keep it to school. mondays, tues and thurs devote time for extra help, take sunday after work as time for yourself or some more extra time for studying. Sunday is never a good day to party or hang out cause school or work starts back on Monday.

Right now you should concentrate on your homework and math. All your free time is going to have to go to that if you need the credits to graduate and get into the college you want. Sorry nobody ever said that life is easy and it's doesn't get any easier when you get older.

got a better idea, i'm VERY good at math. And good at teaching math also. I'll help you for free if i can. But as far as your schedule. Drop your job, tell your friends to wait. If you get into college those things will start to change/disappear anyway. you can send me an E-mail LordStaggered@yahoo.com

You're best off cutting out friend time until you get through the Algebra. If they're good friends they'll understand.

You need to list your priorities...If it were me I would probably put freetime and friends to the side until I got my math situation squared away.
True friends will understand the importance of passing math.

Good Luck!
