A Virgin is a person haven't had sex ... There is a thing in your vagina that is like a little hood called the Virginity Hood when you have sexual relationships that little Hood breaks because os the penis entering your vagina and that causes the lost of your virginity!

Technically, Its when a girls Hymen is still intact. A girl can do just about anything else, oral sex, petting, touching etc. and still be a technical virgin. Don't think you have to do these things though.

the term can be used widely to just about anything someone hasn't experiecened yet.
a concert virgin - someone who hasn't gone to a concert yet
and etc.
