Parmesan Baked Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
8 medium unpeeled red potatoes, halved lengthwise
DIRECTIONS
Pour butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until tender.

Garlic Baked Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
4 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic salt, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Pour olive oil into a plastic bag. Measure the garlic salt and pepper onto a plate, and stir around a little. Coat each potato with olive oil by placing in the bag, and moving it around. Remove from the bag, and dip into the seasoning. Rub seasoning into the potato to coat. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until the potatoes feel soft when you squeeze them.

Or if you are talking about to make them with, we always have steak and baked potatoes, make a roast, ham, any kind of meat.

To actually make a good baked potato, rub it with bacon grease and then salt and garlic it.

cook for about an hour at around 400 degrees F

if you want a good leftover baked potato recipe... take the COLD leftover potatoes and chop them up around 1/4 inch. Add mustard of some kind; a good bit of salt; pepper to taste; a little vinegar; bacon bits; oil of your choice; fresh garlic; and a dash of some green herbs that resemble basil or oregano (Italian herbs) ...tarragon and dill work too for a stronger pallet.

If you like cheese, Parmesan isn't bad here... If you like an earthy flavor add some Allspice or a very little Nutmeg.

Beat an egg and add about 30% water to it. Mix the egg-water mix in with the rest of the ingredients; spread the mix in a ceramic (porcelain, or whatever) container fairly evenly and no thicker than an inch. Bake everything at 350 degrees F for about forty minutes (the time matters how many potatoes you are recycling...common sense says the more potatoes you use the longer it is going to take to cook.)

After about 40-50 minutes the potatoes should be about 280 degrees F. Make sure that they are at least 180 degrees F before eating.

Its pretty yummy if you get the right amount of oil and egg.

Sorry I don't measure anything so use your best instincts.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNE09

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

again, twice baked potatoes...
but, where I differ, is to say... put in whatever tastes good and you have around!
bake the potatoes, then carve out the insides. make mashed potatoes as you normally do (the creamier and more buttery the better i say!), then add what you want!
personally, i've always like the comfort food taste of lawry's seasoning salt and cheese, then topping it w/ melted cheese! rebake, and Voila!

I've got 2 potatoes that are just awesome, sold alot where I used to work. Butter or margarine, country gravy, chicken tenders, shredded cheddar cheese. Or try Butter or margarine, shredded cheddar cheese, grilled chicken breast strips, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions. These are the best I have ever had.

Hash browns: grate them, and toss them in a frying pan with some hot oil, add salt and pepper, when they brown, flip and salt and pepper.

mmmmmmm

As you can see, there's a thousand ways to do Twice-Baked -- you don't need a recipe, toss together whatever you want, mixing it in (flavors, but make sure there's some liquid, too).

-----------------------------

Crisp some bacon, remove the bacon, and brown some onions.

Cut up the potatoes and toss in the pan to brown.

---------------------------

Or just cut them up and fry in oil.

Or with bell peppers and onions.

You can toss some cheese on at the end, too.

You can include diced tomatoes in it, too.

-----------------------

Or potato pancakes -- make a batter by mashing them with milk and egg, add chopped green onion and grated cheddar.

Fry and top with applesauce. (Got this one from Rachel Ray, www.foodnetwork.com -- you may want to go there and do some searches.)

--------------------------------

Cut the potatoes, add to canned corned beef hash -- add onion, too. Most people like to top this with a poached or sunny-side-up egg. (I just toss the egg in and scramble them all together.)

-----------------------------------

Make hash using sausages or other meat, the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, squash (summer squashes, that is).

You're making me hungry!

You can remove the skin off the potato and mix in sour cream, chives, bacon and top with cheese which will go well with grilled chicken breast, steak and even fish.

Boursin Twice Baked Potatoes

These potatoes can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven or microwave.

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

4 medium russet potatoes
5 ounce wheel of Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
paprika
green peppercorns, cracked

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes carefully and pierce each side with a fork to release steam while cooking. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees F or microwave approximately 13 minutes on high until they are soft on all sides. Once removed from the oven or microwave, allow them to rest for 5 to 10 minutes until you can easily handle them.

Once they can be handled easily, slice off the flat side neatly and remove the potato carefully with a soupspoon, being careful not to rip the skin. Place the hot potato into a mixing bowl.

Mash the potato with a hand masher, mixer or potato ricer and add the Boursin cheese and butter. Mix well. Add the milk slowly while mashing until the consistency is that of mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the potato mix is perfect, stuff it back into the potato skins, making sure that the potato mix sits high above the skin.

Sprinkle with paprika and cracked green peppercorns for flavor and color.

Before serving, reheat in the oven or microwave.
