I just drink a 6 oz glass of juice in the morning, a bowl of cereal with a good amount of milk in it, maybe some water for lunch, and a 8 oz glass of milk at night. I seem to go about 5-6 times a day.

Normal? Normal is drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated, then you won't have to worry about what normal peeing is all about. Your body needs water!!!A minimum of ten 8 ounce glasses a day.

Please drink more water. You risk serious kidney problems if you don't. I was hospitalized with kidney stones from dehydration two years ago and I'm still having problems. If you're going to the washroom that much while drinking that little, you should see a doctor.

i would say about t3-4 times a day but if you have a small bladder 5-6 would be accurate

do you eat a lot of food that contains high amounts of liquid?
each persons body is different..

its all the sugar you are eatting.. juice=sugar, cereal=sugar
milk=sugar...sugar dehydrates you.
