The MMA fighter, yeah the goalie can take a stinging beating from an inflated rubber ball, but a devestaing blow from an attack from an MMA fighter, no. The goalie would loose, badly.

If I was to get kicked in the nards by a soccer goalie that would not be very good, but since I have trained to block and counter all kinds of kicks, I do not think this will happen.
I have great motor reflexes with both sides of my body due to years of repetitive practice and have reflex trained to defend and attack at the same time, so basiclly any punch or strike this guy wants to throw at me is going to be his bad.
Real bad.
For him.
So for me soccer goalie.

Kinda like asking who would score more goals
Wayne Gretzky or Lance Armstrong.
One is trained to score goals and has a proficiency at it; the other, although a superb athlete, really isn't going to be much competition.
