I am cleaning out my computer to make it go faster, and I went to the control panel, then add or remove programs, then I saw blubster. It says I use it rarely and I was wondering if it was safe to take off. Please help as soon as possible.

Blubster is a file-sharing network that uses a peer-to-peer network similar to Gnutella, with a new private protocol that works without a central server. Once your client program connects with another client, you can search and download MP3 files from the entire network of users. Blubster offers an easy-to-use interface enabling fast searches, resumable downloads, multisource downloads, chat and voice chat, an internal MP3 player, and more. Blubster facilitates an anonymous community and does not compile, store, or otherwise retain data about users, searches, or files. Blubster 2.5 supports the Ogg Vorbis file format. Other new features include a decentralized buddy list, integrated chat, auto-resume, and file queuing.
