Davina My Three 30 Minute Workouts

has 3 sections Pump, Cardio Box, and Core Stability
I don't like working out and found this fun and easy and saw results VERY fast.
Davina McCall demonstrates the three 30 minute workouts that keep her figure slim and trim. The 'Pump' works the muscles really well and includes small but intensive interval training sessions. The 'Cardio Box' combines intensive fat burning exercise with some boxing moves. The 'Core Stability' focuses on poise posture and balance.
You can pick this DVD off e-bay or Amazon for dead cheap as well

If you are totally out of shape and an absolute beginner to exercising, then try the "Walk away the pounds" videos. However, if you have been doing some exercising, then you might find these don't give you enough of a workout. I wouldn't recommend Pilates or Yoga unless you are already in good enough shape to get into the various positions with proper form.
Billy Blanks DVDs are quite effective, but they are not very gentle and are definetly not for beginners. Unfortunatly, I cannot speak to other DVDs as I have not tried any other than the ones I have talked about here.

Hi I know what you mean ,I rent them and then if I like It I will buy it. There is one that is my favorite. (Winsor Pilates) The 20 minute workout. It sculpt your body slim, It quickly flattens your tummy firms your thighs and shrinks your waist line. And the DVD is by Mari Winsor she has been a trainer to the stars for 16 years. Oh and did I mention how It tightens your buttocks ? :) Also I like a lot of the exercises on the Direct TV channels. They have one channel that has nothing but exercises by different trainers. And the good thing about it is, I don't have to leave home.

Yoga Booty Ballet with Gillian Marloth and Teigh McDonough. I have carpal tunnel in both hands and arthritis in my right knee and this work out doesn't bother any of it . I've dropped 3 pants sizes from working out with it too.
