I wouldn't label her a bad Mom until I see how she takes care of her children. See, a lot of people get tattoos when they are younger and they were a mistake, so it would be very wrong to judge someone like that if you don't see their parenting skills. I'm not saying it is right to have tattoos as a mother but no one should give someone a label like that.

Nope not at all. Tattoos have absolutely nothing to do w/ being a "good" or "bad" person. I just assume she's had them for a while waaay before she ever got pregnant. I've got a few friends who were like that....quite a few tattoos that they got years ago. I've got a tattoo myself that I've had since I was 19 & want more (small ones). Some I won't be getting until I have kids (cause it'll be stuff pertaining to them) but obviously I'll wait until AFTER I have them to get them.

Now of course I'd be a little iffy if I found out she got them WHILE pregnant cause I believe some of that can go thru your bloodstream & that just wouldn't be good (or safe!) for a developing child.

No way...I'm guessing the tattoos came before she got pregnant and that she's not getting them while she is still pregnant. I would never look at someone and judge what kind of person they are by their appearance...that's just crazy to do that. If this has happened to you then the person or people that have said this obviously don't know what they are talking about...don't listen to what other people say or worry about what they think or may think. :-)

No. I try not to judge people by their appearances, what a woman wears and tattoos on her body rarely has any correlation to who she is as a person. The only time I judge pregnant women to be poor mothers is when I see pregnant women smoking or drinking alcohol. That bugs the crap out of me.

No. i had one when before I got pregnant and got another one when my daughter was 6 months old. My husband has 3. My sister-in-law has 5. My mother-in-law got one after her husband died to symbolize him. My mom got her first one in her 40s. My sister has 1. A lot of people have tattoos. It doesnt make you a bad person. Its just a persons choice on whether or not they want to do it. Some people like to get them as decoration or to symbolize something important to them. Other people dont want something permanent on their bodies. (I also had a belly ring before I got pregnant. I dont have it anymore but I dont think peircings make a bad mom either).

what a person looks like does not have anything to do with how she looks - she could be the best mom in the world. I personally do not have nor want tattoos, but that doesn't mean i should judge how a person acts based on how they look.

It's entirely normal to believe and fear about your unborn little one. I used to do the same thing, principally with my 1st. I read each guide and magazine article around on the time and had myself terrified that I was once now not fit to be a mum or dad and that i would not be able to manage. Health problem and disabilities concerned me for the reason that I used to be so involved that i wouldn't be equipped to notice when some thing was incorrect. My husband finally banned me from studying an extra factor and it was really the high-quality factor for me. I determined to work with the 'attainable'. That is, what might I control? I could not manage whether my baby had a disability or sickness as opposed to to simply take simple excellent care of myself. I attempted to consume sensibly but realistically (do not consume anything just on the grounds that it says you must or shouldn't in some magazine). I additionally tried to get relaxation when I could. Eventually I suggestion about constructive things. If I started to fear, stress of consider about worrying things i stopped myself, inspiration "is this whatever i can do whatever about?" and if not I converted to suppose about whatever else. If it was once whatever I could do some thing about i attempted to provide you with some sort of plan to fix it. The bottom line for me was that millions and hundreds of thousands of females, international, are moms and close to all of them are excellent at it. Feel in regards to the people around you that and admire for being excellent mum and dad (and now not just mums) and take a look at to determine what it is that makes them excellent. It's by and large that they are cozy, confident and all set to make mistakes. There may be always any one around who can aid you when you need it's it family, neighbors or authorities. Do not believe like you have got to do it to your own. That is no longer what this world is ready. Suppose about it, you are even doing a constructive thing now via asking others for recommendation. Each person has recommendation on parenting or being pregnant for the reason that every body has an expertise of their own to narrate to whether or not they've been pregnant themselves or understand any one who has been. Simply be prepared to listen to the advice you're given, believe about it and whether or not it fits you or not after which do what you want to with it (both use it or throw it!) you will comprehend what's exceptional, even supposing you do not realize it now. Be optimistic in your self and simply don't forget that the pleasant manner that you can help your child is to be there for them and simply do your excellent. There is invariably support if you want it. There may be NOTHING more extraordinary on this planet than the experience of being a mum and everyone's expertise is detailed, that's what makes it so entertaining. I desire you the entire success in the world and hope everything works out as you hope for.

I wouldn't label her as a bad mother, but who in there right minds, as a woman, would want to have tons of tattoos? I think it looks discusting. Tattoos only look right on certain places if your a girl. Also If she is pregnant she can't get a tattoo untill after the baby is born. I f she is doing things to harm the child then yes I would LABEL her!

Not at all. I see tattooing as a form of art. Often mothers don't even start getting tattoos until they start having children because they want to simbolize the angel in their lives

No. When I was younger, not very many women got tattoos, but now its trendy and all the younger girls in my family have them. I don't relate it with "being a bad mom".
