ha ha ha so glad someone else thinks this is horrid. My hubby does it. When i ask him what the **** is he doing down there? He always says he's scratching his leg.! I don't think so.

I Just think it is a male trait...I am sure us as women have plenty of annoying traits that men can not fathem to understand. Like why do women go to bathroom together as a group. It is just something we do.....I just say "Deal with it"

sadly as a woman i have to shamefully admit that i do something like this
When im driving i put my right hand in the seatbelt where i crosses my lap - just seems to keep everything neat and confy while im driving. I dont do it on the couch but i could see how it would be comfy

Personally I do not. It is a rude habit. Of course, like some men I probably do it unconsciously. After all there is often a need to keep ones fingertips warm.

My mate used to do just that. We used to watch him but never offered him a bag of chips and asked him to take some. If he shook hands with someone it just made our night.

i believe i do it because it makes me feel safe to cup my most venerable body part. we are actually defending it on a sub-conscious level from the attacks of knife wielding crazy women's attacks as we relax!! Lil
