Those of you with small children deal with code browns all the time. They are messy, smelly, and pretty much gross but when it is a little kid, it isn't quite so bad, especially when it is your own. What happens when a grown up drops the kids off at the pool when the cover is down? It makes a mess and someone gets to clean it up and when the guilty party is in a hospital, that someone is not always themselves. Now I feel really bad for any grown up that craps their pants...but not as bad as I feel for the person that gets to clean it up for them. So, if you ever hear a nurse talking about their day and they mention they had a code brown to deal with, just give them a hug while they weep gently on your shoulder.
