and he told me that the baby is only 1kg in 27 weeks is it normal

Approaching month 7.
Your babies weight now has nothing to do with how much (s)he will weigh at birth, your baby will put on lots of weight from now onwards.

You owe it to your unborn child to do a little more research into the miracle happening inside you.
Check out www.birth.com.au, a fantastic Australian website that was invaluable to me when I was pregnant.
Also, don't be afraid to ask your doctor these questions - that's what they're there for...!
