I do not understand why all of a sudden I become so cold I have been tested for thyroid, my blood counts and everything is fine but I will shiver and get goose bumps and it hurts to feel cold like this for hours at a time . Do you know what this might be related to??

If there is no other explanation, it could be a neurological problem due to tightening of muscles and reducing the blood supply to the skin. Homeopathy can help you. And of course, check the house for spirits too as suggested by Frank. Reiki, Crystals etc. will help you cleanse the house.

deficiencies and insufficiencies of zinc, iron, and B vitamins could be involved in feeling cold all the time. B vitamins are needed to produce energy in the body. If the cells cannot produce adequate energy, then this could produce coldness. take high levels of B vitamin supplementation to increase energy. Also advised to supplementing iron and zinc has supporting factors in increasing energy in the body.

you may have poor blood circulation. i am like that everything is fine yet i am always cold.
