I'm looking for a black lab puppy for the family and maybe train as a hunting dog... any suggestions?

There are tons of animal shelters and rescue centers near ATL. Just go online and do a search. GREAT choice...love rescuing animals from shelters. They usually make the best pets. OH, and some of the shelters even have pics of the animals they have available online. Good Luck!

Have you tried looking on line at dog rescues? How about the paper? Go to map quest and get a map from your house to the animal shelter it will show you exactly where it is.All you should need to put in would be animal shelter of Atlanta.
