Any bill that allows amnesty is wrong and destructive! They may sugar coat it as "guest worker program" but it is still amnesty.
If it walks like a duck, it's a duck. Amnesty is a really ugly duck and shouldn't be allowed. It rewards people that have broken our laws. Pro-illegals claim that they haven't broken any laws so they should get citizenship. WRONG. They broke the law when they came here.
In addition how are they going to enforce this stupid part about leaving after 6 years and then coming back. How can we know they left? This was thought up by a bunch of people with no brains or logic.

It sounds about the same, and very bad. Our workers need more protection from the wage deflation of mass immigration of poor people, and our schools are already failing without the increased numbers.
If the 'touchback' by heads of household (but not if there is only one parent) is as cursory as they say, it is really a matter of the government demonstrating how stupid they think we are.
As for the Dream Act for instate tuition for illegals I've been told is in there, if this supposedly is going to fix the problem, who would that be for? Seems like they aren't very confident, are they?
However, the Senate bill also had a 10 year rolling 'statute of limitations' as if the damage ended rather than just starting when the person passed the border. That was a rolling amnesty and entirely unacceptable. I don't know if that is in this one, because I haven't had a chance to read the actual bill.
But I will.

If is to grant amnesty then just giving the wrong message more people will want to move here...Why not if it will be granted a citizenship eventually... But I say all good welcome...Is bad people have to brake the Law to entrance this country illegally just to provide for their families...Work permit I am OK with that because it will benefit a lot of people and they will entrance legally...
