If you found out you were going to die in one month (from a disease) or you could pay for a new treatment and live for 1 more year. How much would you be willing to pay?

(A frind just found out he will pay $5000 a month for a new drug and it will probably only buy him one year more)

I'd rather use the money to go somewhere I'd always dreamed of going like France. I'd also eat a lot of cake and have a lot of sex. I don't know why I would want to blow a wad of cash on a treatment that's only going to buy me a year. Ten years, five years maybe. But a year is a drop in the bucket. I'd rather live it the f*ck up on the money for a year.

Thought provoking question. I am not sure i would pay much for another 11 months, i might just accept my 1 month and move on (literally)

Life is precious and priceless. I would pay anything to be able to continue to see my family. Besides, if your on your "deathbed", couldnt you just get a bunch of loans that would default after you die? Money is nothing compared to life.
