I love a nice, HOT bath or shower. I turn off the lights and burn a lavendar candle. Praying is also good.

i'm with shelley...the deep breathing--try 5 set's 3 deep breaths.i do it every day & helps for even later in the day.it can work.

lock yourself into a bathroom and have a bubble bath for a hour that will de-stress you
