I am used to having a coke bottle shape look, but of course it is slowly fading away, due to staying at home after work and eating:) and never working out, people think i do not need to lose weight, because my clothes make me look slim but in a bikini or tight jeans that cut my darn stomach in half i know my belly is not flat anymore, anyhow I somehow got lucky and won some contest and they want to do a modeling photoshoot on me and i am no way ready to shed off clothes and show a gut that they dont know i have...and i hate these flabby arms...any ideas? I have been eating 2 bowls of special k and wheat bread sandwiches with turkey and ham with no mayo and thats it and water.. i dont eat vegatables like that so its kind of out of the question

ok it seems like you are getting to the most important part of toning your body! which is trying to eat as healthy as you can meaning cutting all the fat stuff!... no cokes please! and no eating late at night! you must eat at least 5 times a day but good healty things like fruits and for meals a wheat no mayo sandwich sounds good. i think you should hit the gym! do cardio at least 3 times a week. you could run, ride the bike, or walk! if you are not a gym person obviously your not going to like running at all! but i can tell you that you will burn as much calories as you would do runing if instead you just walk on the treadmill with a high incline! now also something that could help is wearing sweat shirts and pants! try to wear clothe that is going to make you sweat because the more you sweat the more you are burning! another thing will be doing abbs work out! you can do this as much as you want during the week because that is one mucle you wont hurt by working it out over and over again! the more the better! now for your arms the only thing i can think of is work them out at the gym either with the machines or get somebody to help you use the weights!
oh don't forget the water!!!! at least 8 glasses and they must be cold water! it tends to help you loss weight!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Exercise. Dieting will help with fat deposits, but much of that flabby jiggling is slack muscle (especially the triceps - the back of the upper arm), and no amount of dieting will get rid of that. Sorry, but the only way is to work those muscles. And ease up on your carbohydrate intake - this is what the body converts to fat if it isn't burned up fairly quickly.

get some expert advice on how to lose the fat without losing hardly any weight and get some great exercise tips too from the same place, I used them and they were awesome. try www.myhealthabc.net, the people who run it are so helpful and have so much knowledge. good luck.

Do sit ups and weight-lifting to tone up. Aerobic activity is also good. It doesn't have to be complicated aerobics, either. Just running for half an hour (with running weights if you're feeling up to it) is good.

exercise. Walk around outside. Nomadic tribal people don't have fat. Look to the nomads.
