i really need to know, so tell me what ones, and how to do it

Check out the link below. When I broke my wrist the best exercise for strenthing and getting my fingers to work properly again was getting "therapy" puddy, somewhat similiar to silly puddy/putty, and squeezing it. Don't over do it though, one step at a time...

By working your extensors (forearms.) It'll strengthen your wrist, and its ligaments. You could use a curl bar to do both left and right, but I prefer using barbells for full motion.
