What does it mean when a man says this to a woman? Is he needy and desparate or is he in love?

No doesn't mean he is weak or needy all it means is he can't keep his mind off of you. that even where he isn't with you he is thinking about you. that you are pretty much everything to him. And no it does not give you control over him but it does place his heart in your hands - meaning if you were to break things off it would without a doubt crush him.
Consider yourself lucky men like this who will confess to a woman she is his weakness has a lot of trust to trust you with his heart.

He is being or trying to be romantic. He either really cares about you or wants some (insert appropriate word here). Remember, the more charming or romantic a guy is, the more the chances that he has been around the block a time or two.
Not saying that's a bad thing, by the way... you could have a ton of fun either way.

No when a man says that to a woman it means that you prety much break him down. You make him act kind of different. It means he is truly in love with you pretty much

I don't think it means he's needy! I think it means he likes you a great deal or is in love with you. M&M's and my husband are my weaknesses!

yeah, sadly i don't really get that either. i'm thinking it means that women sometimes make a man feel weak with lovestruck feelings, kind of as if we take all the power out of the man because they are so in love.

Usually it means he is in love, but sometimes people say things like that just to get in your pants. That's the sad truth. Just be careful with lines like that.

I interpret that to mean that you are someone he feels something for and is unable to control....maybe he is a hard-a** player but with you, he actually has feelings...or maybe he is married and you are the other woman that he feels attraction to despite his conscience telling him it is wrong? Hard to know for sure without some background.
