crest white strips are the best. they definently DO work! one of my friends and my fiance have used them and they are amazing! very noticable! they do make your teeth sensetive but it's worth it! they wont hurt the enamel...they just strip the stain from your teeth.

I dont think any will mess up your teeth.

There are some restrictions with some of them, such as you cant have gum disease or open cuts or things like that on your gums.

Otherwise, they come in tons of different types in styles - from liquids to pastes to gels to powders to scotch tape type strips to special brushes to sonic devices.

To date, I have not found any single one that works. I have found that general brushing keeps my teeth clean in general, but the stains never go away.

Dentists do have available to them some professional cleaning and whitening procedures, but they are time consuming and very costly. If you truly want your teeth clean, then go this route, and when your teeth glow blue (yes, totally clean teeth are semi-transparent and BLUE) then you can get your teeth sealed and never worry about them staining ever again.

They probably do, but you shouldn't be too obsessed with gleaming-white teeth. If you bombard your teeth with those, then the surface gets scratched off, and if stains attach themselves to that, it's more permanent.

What really works is burnt toast. It doesn't have to be charred, but the black ash actually whitens teeth somehow. However, I've heard that ash is somewhat of a carcinogen.

i think that colgate dont contain flouride that can be use in flouride application so ithink to save your teeth you must use the topical floride application and try to increase your calcium level by drinking the milk and other beverage or food containing calcium
