Horlicks and lavender oil on the pillow or in an evening bath.
DON'T TAKE ANY PILLS.
All sleeping pills are addictive. Withdrawal symptoms can be noted on the 4th night if they taken every night.
Patients on sleeping pills ultimately sleep an average of an extra 30 minutes, but soon barely sleep at all if they don't take them.

I take Melomax, it is all natural and if you wake up in the middle of the night you can take another and won't feel groggy. It has Valerian and Meletonin and some other stuff. You can find it at a health food store. It's not addicting.

I take Clonodine and it works great, atleast for me.....because it starts working within an hour of taking it, and it keeps you asleep.
My brother takes Mirtazapine, but I wouldnt reccomend that because I took it once and It made me feel like I was drunk.
