If she has been content for 45 years, she will not be easy to convince. You should (gently) find out why she is not eager to change. If her reasons are religious, you may have to accept that any sex is good sex (she could just cut you off completely). If her reasons are from some childhood thing, (people raised in the 30s and 40s were often raised in extremely conservative families) It may just be a matter of exploration and gentile suggestions.

Maybe it's not her that needs to know more but you who need to do more. You should help her with her sexual experience by being more active in and out of the bedroom. Tell her frankly want you want to try and ask her what her sexual fantasies are. You might be surprised by her answer. Try foreplay and engaging her mind before you work on her body. The sexual experience should be beneficial to both parties. Open her mind by talking to her first. If you are two adults there should be no problem about talking about your sex life.

Slowly start talking about it. Take baby steps in bed and introduce new ideas. Try to get her to be more vocal, ask if she has any fantasies. Try it in a different location other that the bedroom. Once you get her to come out of her shell you will be suprised at what she has had bottled up in there - lol
