Although i think the Jetta 3 is a beautiful car with stock body, 60mm lowering kit and springs + 17"/18" alloys, i would say the RS bumper kit and side sills. Remember as well, that from the back doors forward, the Jetta is dimensionally identical to a 5door Golf 3, so Golf 3 bumper kits etc. would work.
