It's grammatically correct (depending of course on the rest of the sentence) sure.

However it is an offense to rationality, history and reality unless the word "true" is preceded with a "not".

Yes. Grammar refers to sentence structure and not the ideas a sentence conveys. The sentence "Grim Jack has purple monkey's flying from his butt." is grammatically correct, but is not true.

yeah..The Bible is Truth. The Bible is true.
Those sentences are grammatically correct and they are truth!
There is a noun (Bible) and a verb (is) and an adjective (truth/true) so what is gramatically incorrect??
