I've been told by more than one girl that I'm the sweetest guy they know, but I've still been single for 5 months. Does sweet matter? If not, what should I be doing?

Well sweet guys are awesome! really they are but most girls tend to look for someone with a wild side too! so kick off your shoes and show them that you can be a badass to!!!

I think that people get caught up in types. It is my opinion that "types" are an ugly illusion that cause people a lot of problems and confusion. If you're sweet, great! Acknowledge it and don't change. Knowing who you are, and being confident about it, whether it is sweet, dorky, or "bad ***," this sense of self is what's most attractive. Questioning yourself and wondering if you should change to get girls is most likely what's keeping them away. Be yourself and you'll find a girl soon enough. Also, what's the rush to be in a relationships. Five months is not that bad. You shouldn't have an expectation to be in a constant relationship. Be yourself and you will find someone with whom you are compatible. A relationship will follow.

Unfortunetly, girls have no clue what kind of guys are good for them. A lot of girls like to pick guys that treat them like crap. Why? I have no clue. I am not one of these girls. One of my guy friends has the same problem. I do not recommend that you change though because sweet guys are hard to find and it's better to be sweet and single then a jerk and have a girlfriend. Stick with it, you'll get a girlfriend in due time.

You should be being a jerk. They only seem to respond to those type. I am a guy without a date for seven years, and I have many girl friends all of which would never consider me. The funny part is many say I am a "prime" catch, but none actually want me. You probably are a "prime" catch also, but you are not on their radar because they are probably immature!

Don't worry...being sweet is really good for a guy..every girl would like to have a boy which is sweet and loves her...so don't worry....you'll find a girlfriend...just don't think a lot about it....it'll happen by its own when you don't actually expect it. Good luck

Well that's great! let me tell you one thing though, never change; who you are is perfect because we are all different. It's okay if you don't have a girlfriend yet, that just means that you're surrounded by idiots okay. If you change for someone will that someone change for you? and will it be worth it and will you still be original or just another fall out? just be yourself and let a girl that you deserve discover that sweetness of yours.

sweetness totally matters but hottness does to also if you are not making any moves on girls then there not gonna tell u tht they like u

Most of the guys I think of as sweet are my friends who I think of as a little brother but, it depends on the girl. Personaly,I like sweet guys but just be yourself. Let the girls find out that your a truley awesome SWEET, awesome guy you are. Never cange youself for a girl!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think sweet is ok as long as its not too sweet cause if ur too sweet they might think that ur gay maybe thats why ur single
