I few weeks ago I started taking some diet pills, but they made feel weird so I stopped taking them. Now lately I've been getting panicky for no reason with sweaty hands, and feeling like I can't breath. What could this be?

Sounds like an anxiety attack.
What kind of symptoms were you having with the diet pills?
If your symtoms con't or get worse, I would make an apt. with your doc & get checked out. The pills should have been out of your system by now.

If you stopped taking diet pills (which can make you feel uptight, nervous, spastic) a week ago, wouldn't thing it would be that. Do you feel like the walls are closing in or that you suddenly leave wherever you are? Panic symptoms.
A full blown panic attach is where you feel like you can't breathe, but can. your chest may hurt because those muscles tighten so much and you may feel like you are about to die. Hope you don't feel this way, but if you do, see your doc. plenty of treatments out there for this. no need to live that way.

It's anxiety because you now know they are coming to get you.
They have been watching you for a long time but you slipped up this time and that's all it takes. Dude - you are so screwed.

Seriously, you need to unwind - try some of those RX stress tea stuff or go see a doctor. This could be the onset of high blood pressure.

~It could be withdrawal from the diet pills.
~It could be anxiety.
~*~ I suggest seeing your doctor, as soon as you can.
