It will be something like MMPI or MMPI 2.
You'll get asked questions on a variety of subjects and issues, more or less interesting.
Like:
1. Do you like carrots cooked or raw?
2. Do you see things others don't see?
3. Do you see things others can't see?
4. Do you start conversations?
5. Do you join in conversations?
6. Do you like music? Art?
See, all mostly harmless but make sure you read and understand each question. Notice the difference between 1 and 2?

You will get asked a huge battery of questions.
The best advice is don't over think the questions and don't try to fudge your answers. They will ask you the same thing several different ways and if your answers aren't consistent you won't pass it.
After a couple of hours of filling in the little circles you won't be able to really think of the answers so if you try to outsmart it in the beginning you will be on autopilot by the end.
It's not tough, just be rested and calm and don't fret about how long it may be.

You'll most likely be taking the MMPI. It's a pretty strange battery of questions. They'll ask if you like alice in wonderland then they will ask if you like to go ice skating, things like that. They base their grading on the type of response you gave them and the time it took to give the answer. Be honest, but cautious.

The big question is why do you want this job? Also do you think you need violence or can you be diplomatic in settling an issue.
