i have a itch skin problem only on my left arm, its strange i think its some kind of well i dunno what i think, sometimes it goes into remission and then mainly now in warmer weather it starts itching again. its a little rashy lookin, and it gets bumps, i have tried about all the over the counter tropicals. i guess i neeed to see a dermatologist, unless someone knows of a topical cream that will work

If you drive a car, your left arm is exposed to the sun more than the right arm. Your skin could be getting dry and perhaps a little sunburned. There are many types of creams available for dry, itchy skin in a drug store. Ask a pharmacist what is recommended for your condition.

you need a steriod for that nothing over the counter will heal that, betamethasone Valerate may help, you need a prescription for that in the mean time use aveeno products, such as the cooling cream,it's expensive but it works.

i get the same thing, when its hot out, or hot climate change, kind of small rash with little bumps. i get medicated ointment from my doctor. clears it up pretty quickly. also make sure you drink lots of water. it does help, well, helps me anyways from preventing it to much.
