but i just noticed the muscles on my left shoulder-biceps area are more defined while the ones in the right arm are as big but less defined. I work with a trainer and always watch the mirror to check if i'm using more one side, and hasn't happened, so is there a way to even them out?

Interesting question but not uncommon. When you bike it's not uncommon to put more load on a particular side, looking in a mirror won't indicate the pressure points. Also, muscle growth can vary. You may be stronger in one leg over the other. Unless, you cycle for a passion, you may want to change-up your workout. Perhaps start running, swimming, efx machine, etc. Also, you can do leg extension with weights, using one leg, it would be interesting to see if one side is stronger. And for the post part you are probably more conscience of this... Be easy on yourself.
