Traditionally made pumpkin pie is not bad for you if you leave out the crust and cut back on the sugar. This is what I do, since I hate pie crust and like it tasting more pumpkiny as opposed to sugary. I just add less sugar, bake in ramekins and it's a delicious pumpkin custard. For an apple pie like taste, you could bake apple slices that have been seasoned as you would for apple pie, and serve over low-fat vanilla ice cream or yogurt. You could also make an apple crisp, just don't put a lot of the "crisp" on top, make sure it's more apples.

Cheese doesn't clean your teeth.
Outside of brushing, one of the best ways to clean teeth between meals is sugarless gum. It stimulates the production of saliva, which helps clean the surface of teeth.
