how do u ask a boy without emabarassing myself like wot is i ask him "will u got out with me" den he said no wot shud i do..?

If he says no and not a jerk he will still want to be buddies with you.
And most guys are cool. He may care about you enough to try and set you up with somone else so not lonley.
Most guys who fancy a girl would LOVE it if the girl asks them out on a date or makes the first kissing move as terrified you will think them some kinds or drity pervey freak or a virgin idiot who has no clue about girls or
More important you wont be his friend anymore.
Ask him out something a bit gamy where you get to play stuff and have fun...
ideally anything where you get touchy feely like giving each other sports lessons ie golf, pool, bowling etc.
Or to the cinema so you can put arms around each others and touch each other which means time to start kissing.
if you like each other and get to the kissy point you relax and think phew he/she likes me

just go for it or try this when i ask girls out i just will u go out with me and if they have a horible look on there face and u can tell they will say no just start lagthing and say only kidding they will think u are joking!!! good luck!!!

Make it relaxed and friendly and not "date'ish" just say something like " do you fancy going for a coffee sometime?"
you should be able to tell from his body language and what he says.
