actually nothing helps better then water! You see, if you intake enough water a day, your brain will get enough moisture as well as the rest of your body. A lot of people don't realize that drinks only dehydrate us, water is the source of life! Water helps stimulate the cells in the brain and refreshes the memory and focus. When we don't get enough water, our bodies tend to want to fall asleep and our brain shuts off.

I would think an energy drink would help you. However, if you are concerned about your health, then you should know, most of the popular energy drinks on the market have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them, which are bad for you. They will give you a quick "boost" then you "crash".

I drink an energy drink that is healthy for you, works in 10-15 minutes after drinking it, lasts for several hours, and is a lot less expensive than those other energy drinks. It comes in a powder form ("on the go" packet) so you can mix it with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.

After drinking these drinks for several months (daily), I feel so much better. Also, I have some friends that like to work out and they say that it is the best thing for them.

I like Celestial Seasonings brand Tea. But, if you're not a tea kind of fellow, well, first look up "remeber" in the dictionary. (hint: it's not there, check remember instead)

Honestly? I hear those new-fangled energy drink things are bad for you. Why, back in my day (yesterday, to be specific), we just drank coffee.

Red bull helps me. Or a new ice tea product called Enviga. Be careful with the red bull though. You'll crash real bad in a few hours and need a nap. Lots of sugar, though they make a sugar free kind. Any energy drink with the guarine and tuarine help.

I don't know much about what drinks can help. Here's what has helped me in the past. When you're studying, take notes on a yellow legal pad & write with a red pen. There's something about the two colors that causes your brain to remember. Also, listen to classical music when you're studying. It helps open your brain so it can absorb more.

If you are asking about alcoholic drinks, the answer is none. Alcohol kills brain cells, it does not stimulate them.

Caffeine may help you focus, but too much may cause you to become easily distracted. Try a strong cup of coffee or a lattee and see what happens.

You are looking for something with caffeine....go with whatever you prefer: coffee, tea, some sodas, energy drinks, etc. Caffeine makes you more alert. It is enough of a performance enhancer that they test levels in athletes competing in the Olympics.

Green tea is supposed to help w/ your energy and memory. I'm not much of a green tea drinker, but my husband swears by it.
