I recently bought two pyrex glass plates, but noticed that one of them had a small chip on the outside rim. The glass isn't cracked or anything like that, so is it still safe to use?

i have been using my glass baking dish that has a crack in it for about a year and haven't had any problems. just be careful when picking it up since its on the rim.

Yep, just becareful when washing it that you don't cut yourself. and turn it to the back when serving it so your guests don't get hurt.
