how would u know if he is probably unhappy? to me u sound like a jelous little cow wanting something u cant have well reality check u nugget hes in a relationship and its not with you !!!!!

and what he is telling you about his terrible gf is probably a lie. Guys will glamorize their problems at home to gain sympathy from naive women like yourself.

Are you a homewrecker? Thinking they are probably unhappy doesn't mean they are!! Leave them alone!! Find someone who is unattached and unhappy!!

And how would you know. Leave them if they are already attached - if the part company then they will come looking for you if they want you.
