A lot of women that I am with express pain instead of pleasure due to my size....should I have an operation to decrease my "package"? If so, is there an effective operation to do so?

I just had to answer a guy who is the exact opposite of your situation.
There is surgery for reduction. Check with the family practice doctor and consider the options after your physical. Make sure the doctor gives you informative advise rather than opinions of why you shouldn't get the surgery.
If so, find a woman that doesn't mind your size. I'm sure she will be lucky....very, very lucky.
