I would like to start putting Apple slicecs in my Daughter's lunch, how can I keep them from turning brown? TIA!

if you keep them in a lemon juice water mixture they won't turn brown. gotta keep them out of the air.

Sprinkle them with a little bit of lemon juice before sealing the bag.

or look in the snack aisle for apple chips. they're really good and have the nutrition of a whole apple. I love them. I found them with the granola bars.

You can also use Sprite instead of lemon juice.

you can also use orange juice or any other acidic juice. They also make a powder you can sprinkle on.
