You absolutely DO NOT need to buy anything to solve this problem. Just block it with some other furniture or pieces of wood it is NO PROBLEM.

I had the same problem with my kitten when we had our old TV, but she wasn't chewing the wires, the only thing that would stop her was when we got the new tv and it was too big for her to fit in. She was also doing it where our DVD and Cable Box was, what I did with that area was block off the path with DVD's, that is really all I can suggest is to block it off with something, or you can try the sticky paper they sell at the pet stores to stop cats from scratching and going places they aren't suppose to be, that could work also. Good Luck!

ok, this happened with me too. my cat is just as curious. take double sided tape and tie the wires together with a piece of the tape hanging down, large enough for the cat to "explore." it will not like the sensation of the tape and immediately associate it with the wires. since it is a kitten you might have to keep the tape on for quite a while as they get forgetful.

You can't. I would suggest you no longer spraying water near power cords, also.. Bind your cords and put them in high places. Your cat will eventually get shocked, and learn, but you'll also lose and electronic device at the same time. You will not be able to get your cat to stop exploring. When you're not around, he/she will go there.

Try looking at a hardware store such as Lowe's or Home Depot; they should have some kind of thingamajiggy (excuse me for sounding too technical) for keeping your cords all together and enclosed. Just ask anyone who works there if they know of something to keep all your wires enclosed and hidden; they should be able to give you some suggestions. Good luck.

There are covers that you can put around your electrical cords. I dont remember where I saw them, walmart or petsmart. One of the two. It protects the cables from your kitty and your kitty from the cords.

each and every time I might desire to bypass outstation and that i might desire to sleep in a hotel, I might desire to maintain the two the television and Stereo on all night else I will in no way be waiting to sleep. I hate the silence in unusual places.
