latly i just got a job to pay my tution but my bf is tripping cause we dont have much time to spend together for the next week or so. but how do i get him to see that the things i do is because i made a preivous commiment to them and cant back out, but still make time for him

You need to explain to him how important this is to you. Make a list.
Also, put aside a special time for him each week where you do something special together. Make him feel important too. Say every saturday night you make dinner together or something else that the two of you like to do.
Don't change your schedule. Paying for tuition is more important!!! Don't let yourself get into debt.
If he can't understand why it's so important then you should move on. If he really loves you he'll understand and know that it's not forever.

Well, Me and my boyfriend just brokeup and that was the reason why... i was busy and he couldnt understand that. I would try to make plans to be with him but then my plans would change and i would have to break it off..so then he got mad...so i broke up with him after 4 months of argueing about it. Girl if he doesnt respect your future.. and your plans for college then hes not worth it! You need someone that is gonna stand by you when times get rough and when your not able to be with him 24/7. If he cares for your future and your life then he would understand what your going through. I hope this helps!

I would not change what i had already committed myself to prior to your relationship. If you do, then he may get the idea that he can control you. I had a boyfriend and was off of work due to surgery when we met. All was well. When i went back to work, he picked at me, tried to make me feel bad. We worked different shifts and neither of us could change shifts unless there was an opening.We did have one day off at the same time but, that did not suit him.It got so bad, i just called it quits. I would stick to my guns. If he loves you , he will work it out with you and, who is to say , if you did change schedules he will always be there?If he is committed to you, he should support your goals.

You are looking at it the wrong way! You need to tell your boyfriend that if he doesn't care about you and the things you do, then he can hit the road. You have things you have to get done for yourself and you will see him when you have time. And that you are worth waiting for and if he isn't willing to wait to let you know and you'll have the next guy, ready and willing to wait to see you!!!

that's what you got, a (boy) thats a friend. He needs to get him some business and stop acting like a kid that needs so much attention you dig!!!!! If he can't understand that you have set visions and goals for yourself, do like beyonce' says, to the left, to the left!!!!!!!! tell him to grow up or keep it movin!!!!!
