I love to bake and my cakes are incredible so, you'd think I'd know this but I don't, Can I substitute the vegitable oil in the mix with margerine? And quick help is much appreciated :-)-Alanna--Thanks:-)

yes, just melt it in a pan or in the microwave first and remeasure to make sure it's the right amount.

Yes. In fact, sometimes when I find myself short or out of vegetable oil I will melt margarine on low heat and use that. Yum!

Yes you can. I used canned pumpkin instead of oil in the ones I made last week. They were wonderful.

You can use apple sauce in your brownies as an oil substitute. They are delicious and much healthier.

nope, olive oil is a chilly processed oil, you cant use it in cooking in any respect, in basic terms salads. as quickly as you warmth it it's going to convert to trans fat, which isn't healthful in any respect. to boot the style would be ruined too
