Possibilities:

-Unresolved stress/issue
-toothache/infection
-intestinal problems, which can be remedied by changing diet.
-environmental toxin (you are breathing/drinking something toxic)
-eyestrain from a monitor or tv screen
-food allergy
-sleeping too much
-dehydration
-nutrient deficiency from poor diet (iron and b complex deficiencies can cause this)

hope these ideas help!

Dear i'm not a docotr but i can suggest you somthing that might help you without taking painkillers which makes you addicted. 6 hour rest is more than enough for a young person. wakeup early in the morning and walk with fast steps in the garden so you can have fresh air which is enrich with oxygen. Dawn is the best time for this. Do not put blanket over you head while sleeping lack of oxygen also a cause of such ach. When you start morning walk the blood pressure will normalize and you feel yourself motivated and fresh all the day. This is just a suggestion which i follow and may be i take a week or two but cause definite change in you life. Try this and reply me what you are feeling

Try drinking more water and ginger tea.

Is there a chance you have a carbon monoxide leak somewhere in your house?

If the water doesn't help and there is no such leak, see a doctor in case something else is going on.

Good luck!

You might have migraines. Lay down and take a long nap with some ice on your head.

It could be allergies. Try taking Tylenol Allergy, or something similar. If it doesn't get better check with a doctor for a more sufficient diagnosis. Hope you feel better!
