He claims that he's done with me, Yet he answers my calls when I call him and he Keeps coming back for more to Spend time with me, including Sex and he Tells me "Im not the one" yet he's with me the Next day, He apologizes and says he doesn't know why he says the Things he say that's mean sometimes and Claims he's really not like that So is this Love?

This is either a booty call or a confused boy. If you care for him, he needs to make his intentions clear and consistent and you need to figure out how best to facilitate that.

no, he just wants to prove to himself and his friends that if he wants you he can have you but if he don't he knows you'll keep coming back ,so when he doesnt have anyone else he'll have you untill he finds another girl, so basically if you let him he'll keep playin with your heart. hes just using you
