I would not eat any raw fish as they can be a source of parasites. Fish should only be eaten cooked. Seriously! Please stop eating raew fish for your health sake.

Yes, and cooking it will not make the mercury threat any better but you are playing with fire with all the bacteria and parasites in raw fish. Hope you do not get pregnant and continue this eating pattern; the fetus absorbs the mercury and will be born with problems.

I hope you're eating Sashimi-grade salmon. If you're eating anything else, you're really running the risk of bacterial illnesses. You should cut back on the amount of salmon you eat per week. I think you're only supposed to eat 1-2 servings of fish that have higher levels of mercury.

You could. But you are more at risk for salmonella or some other form of food poisoning.
