You shouldn't be hitting her at that age or any age really. What you should do though is file charges on her for assault. Maybe you can get a police officer to play along and do a mock arrest on her or something. If she continues to defy you, start taking away the things she digs: MP3 players, TV, Phone etc. If she doesn't earn her own money stop giving her any. Tell her she can earn those privileges back when she starts acting like an adult and adhering to the rules of the house. If she refuses, send her to an aunt or uncle for awhile with instructions to lock her down and not give in to anything.

She has anger issues. I can see 'spanking' someone if they're in elementary school, but for her to hit you numerous times, maybe you should look at sending her to a juvenile delinquent facility, they take unruly kids from 8-18 yrs of age. 11 pm is very lenient for a girl that's 16- her curfew needs to be brought up to atleast 10, because if you think about it, what would she be doing during those dark hours, and what kinds of people has she been hanging out with for her to think it's okay to hit her mother? I'd start tightening up that leash. She's not an adult and she sure as hell needs to start learning the consequences of her actions. So go ahead and take the reins back, because she may not know it, but she's ruining her future at a fast rate acting like that.---------You are talking about your daughter, right? 'Cause you're on Singles & Dating, but just the same, be the grown-up and handle it legally.

Don't spank her. Eye for an eye will just set a bad example. Calmly explain to her that she is too old to behave like that, and if she hits the wrong person, she could be charged with assault, and that can result in probation and even prison.
Ask her if she knows how to deal with anger. If she doesn't, suggest therapy. But DO NOT hit her. That could put YOU in jail if the wrong things happen.

you don't really want an answer to this, do you? What the hell are you doing with a 16 year old....well, one that hits? And you are just asking about the spanking part to be kinky. Find someone else mature...because she isn't yet and by staying with her you are selfish. Find someone older who likes to be spanked....but don't be in a relationship where hitting is involved like that. And you need to tell her it is not right to do that.

Ok, 1st off, sounds like she has some insecurity's with you being out so late... have you cheated, or dome thing to her that would make he this up tight about it?? Now as far as the hitting, or "spaking" as you called it... she went after you 1st cause she was "raging mad"... she took the 1st swing, she could go to jail for it... but if you hit back and if your bigger then her in all aspects, you could go to jail for assault and battery... So in other words it's not worth "spaking" her, just talk to her, CALMLY, and tell her to grow up... and if you're being a cheater... maybe you should re thing your relationship

because shes your girlfriend not your child. it was wrong of her to hit you but she was mad 16 is a hard age and a lot of the time girls can be really immature when things upset them. just try to forgive her talk it out and move on its not worth it to fight about. enjoy the time that you have together

Who told you not to spank her just be careful my uncle spanked his 15 year old she went to the guidance couselor at school and told them her dad beat her and he got investigated by child services

If I punched the wall or anything, my parents would do the same, it showed me how pathetic it was. If I EVER hit my parents at that age, or now, then I would get a whooping I would never forget.

come on shes a female even when there wrong there still going to get mad thats just what we do sometimes so just let it roll off you shoulders and move on with your relationship before if get any worse.
