I need to call them but I don't know my account number, will they let me speak to them?
How do I get my account number? I lost the letter it was on

They might be able to pull up your account using your name, or address, or birth date, or any of a number of identifiers. Call and ask.

They will take other details off you such as your name, dob, first line of your address, postcode & the answer to a security question (if you've set one up).
Ask them to send you a letter with your account details on for future reference!

They'll take other details like your name and address and probably ask you a couple of security questions but they'll speak to you after that

They will ask a few questions i.e postcode, dob etc then give the details

just tell them your post code and info like that they keep everything on computer.
