Virginia Tax Due?

Does anyone know if the Commonwealth of Virginia allows taxpayers to pay their dues through installments? I think this year I owe more than I can pay at the moment. I tried looking at the Virginia Dept. of Taxation Web site but to no avail. Am I looking at the wrong place or is there simply no method of paying in installments for state taxes?

File your return on or before the due date, and pay as much as you can to reduce penalty and interest charges. Once you receive a bill for the remaining balance due, contact our Teleplan service at [phone], or a Service Representative at [phone] to set up an installment payment plan. If you are able to make payments before the bill is issued, be sure to write your social security number and the tax year on each check, and mail it to the Virginia Department of Taxation, PO Box 2369, Richmond, VA 23218-2369.
