God watches over us everywhere, even in the bathroom.
What do you mean, touches himself to it? I am sure God touches you at times and you don't know it.
Also, God sees a lot more of you than someone sitting on the pot. He sees inside you too, and knows where you need healing.

God sees all, knows all. We can 'sin' in the bathroom just as easily as anywhere else. Angels are recording whether sin was practiced or not.
Now about this touching himself to it stuff. Our bodies were created to get rid of whatever it doesn't need presently. God has no need to 'touch us' in any way, unless a slight touch with special cases of constipation. Usually we can get something from the store, or in many cases just drink a lot more water. Constipation usually occurs when our colon and digestive tracts are a bit dry or we are dehydrated. This still doesn't mean God will 'have to' touch anybody for this. Eeww!
